Having waited nearly 2 years since Reiki 1, I am really excited about my next attunement. I hope I am ready for next weekend, but as I know everything happens for a reason and seeing as I got my very first white feather yesterday, I guess the powers that be think I am at last ready! The other day I gave my first full Reiki treatment to my friend. She suffers quite badly from headaches and is quite a higly strung person. Any way it was a great. When i was holding her with my hands underneath her head I felt a pain in my left hand, it was very painful, to the point where I thought I was going to have to move. but I stayed with it and after 10mins or so it eased and passed. I am so glad I did them. I do not get to practice it much, but I do the self treatments when I can, & also do them on my partner when I get the chance. I am hoping that in the future, I will have more of an opportunity to help others , with these treatments, as it can be of so much benefit to those in need.
