Hi all, thought I would share this with you. I have had 3 dreams/nightmares in the last month. The 1st was short (luckily) where I was at the bottom of our attic stairs and felt someone grab me from behind and pull me up against the wall. They were in the wall at that point. Was really interesting!! Some interesting books. Have read a few months ago a book, can't remember the name. There was a section in it, which explained about ' dramas' and how people dragged you into theirs( lives), just so they can feel better! Must say have always picked up on peoples energy, sometimes really quickly others its a slower process. Though I never new what it was or why it affected me so much...Am more aware now,So I can pull back more ...
