I’m Nessa from the S&D forum. Nice to see some familiar names here and also some new ones too!

Just a little about me then - I’ve been on a spiritual journey for as long as I can remember now. I’m particularly drawn to the Pagan path so have been following my heart down that route for a few years now. I read the cards, tarot and various other oracles. I’m also a huge angel fan, fascinated by faeries and reincarnation and I have a rather large, ever-expanding crystal and book collection! I love being surrounded by nature and spending time by the sea, caring for animals, travelling (especially to my second home - Glastonbury!) and being creative amongst so many other things!

Hi ladies and thanks for the warm welcome!

Maeshadow (love your name too!) amethyst wins for me, hands down on the crystal front. I have soooo many clusters and tumbles around my home. I sleep with crystals too and i'm not ashamed to admit it either I usually have an amethyst tucked under my pillow but sometimes wake up either lying on it or it's embedded in my cheek!! I think I must qualify for a crystal addiction!! I do love so many of my other crystals too though so next in line would be beautiful selenite, rose quartz and garnet.

How about you? what are your favourites? Maybe we should start a new post to find out what everyones favs are? (that's if there's not one already?)

Definitely addicted to Crystals....I just love them!!

I sleep with Black Tourmaline under my pillow and at all 4 corners of the bed. I scare easily and have become more aware of Spirits since my Reiki attunement last year and it is taking a bit to get used to lol (big baby)

I was given the most beautiful piece of tumbled Labradorite - the colours are amazing and many faces have appeared in it

I used to sleep with quite a few under my pillow but found I wasn't grounded enough and would wake up feeling absolutely shattered sometimes.

Would love to go on a Crystal course soon plus my neighbour does too so will wait for her to save up

I went through a phase like that a few years ago so you're not alone there. It was quite frightening at the time but I came out the other side unscathed I think part of the problem was that I was sharing a house and the energy there wasn't great so I used to grid like you. I don't have any Tourmaline but love Labradorite, so pretty.


I've been thinking about doing a crystal healing course for years now so maybe when I get a spare nano second i'll be able to squeeze it in! Hope you get to do one soon and do let me know how it goes! x

Can I also add a rather belated I haven't been on here for a while - the family have been keeping me busy!! But I am determined to get a bit more ME time now!
