I did Reiki 1 last summer & Reili 2 just before Christmas. I am so glad I did them. I do not get to practice it much, but I do the self treatments when I can, & also do them on my partner when I get the chance. I am hoping that in the future, I will have more of an opportunity to help others , with these treatments, as it can be of so much benefit to those in need. Love Val. xxx :ghug:

i did reiki 1 before xmas and i absolutely love it. it makes me so relaxed when i need it but then energised also depending on when i do it. it got rid of a really bad sore throat for me a month or so ago and its brill for stress relief and headaches too. i really want to do level 2 but have booked a crystal course for july so reiki 2 may have to wait!!

hi alison, how did you're birthday, sounds like you had a wicked time, very jealous cadbury's world heaven, the cystal course sounds very exciting, goin on a 6 week life coaching course starting wed , so that should be interesting and its free

I have done Reiki 2 (Seichiem) and am looking to do masters/teachers at some point in time! I did these a few years ago and dont get to use them much...but with the spiritual uplift I have been having recently it may be a god thing to do!
